Nick's Last Shift

I have worked at Morrisons for almost 4 years. When I joined, there were a large group of teenagers who all worked with me on the Grocery department. One by one they left for other jobs. It's been me and Nick for a long time now.

A fortnight ago, he was accepted into the University of Lampeter and handed in his resignation into Morrisons. Today was his last ever shift. Every Sunday shift is roughly 9 hours and he got me through each one by making me laugh or talking about random shit. I took one final picture of him in his uniform on lunch break.

When the shift was over, we both walked outside. Shook hands like gentleman and said our proper goodbyes. I hope to see him again for a drink around Christmas time. Congratulations and cheers Nick!
